The Poker Tournament
Poker Tournaments can range from one to fifty table
events, and can be held in
and part of the country. Using computer software, PA systems and
display screens, we deliver the ultimate poker experience.
THE DAY OF THE EVENT
All equipment is delivered to your location and set up by our
staff on the day of the event. Our staff then handles guest and
player registration, seat assignments for players (if the event
is a tournament format), dealing the cards and running the game.
POKER TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Players are registered prior to the scheduled tournament
start time. At the start of the tournament, all players are asked
to be seated. Once all players are seated, any announcements can
be made (i.e. prizes or gifts to be won and or information about
the sponsor, charity or person(s) holding the event).
When all announcements are made, the speaker will go over general
game rules, and explain how the tournament will be run,
and finally begin the tournament. Once the tournament
commences, we monitor all tables and combine tables
as players are eliminated, and make any decisions that involve
incorrect play or a violation of the rules. Depending on the length
of the tournament, there may be short breaks for the
players to use the facilities, obtain refreshments or mingle with
guests. Before the final table is started, announcements are made
regarding how many places receive prizes, gifts, and the amount
of money raised for charity, etc. This is also a good time to
take pictures of the players. It is typical for the eliminated
players to stand around the final table and cheer for their favorite
player(s). The tournament ends when one player at the final table
holds all the chips.
